Kim Wong is the founder of On Road Property, a Manchester-based UK estate agency supporting buyers, sellers and developers across the residential property market.

With a strong background in client-focused service, management and property analysis, Kim brings a practical, detail-led approach to every property journey. He understands that buying, selling or launching a new development is not just a transaction. It involves important financial decisions, clear communication, market understanding and trust.

Kim established On Road Property to provide a more personal, transparent and proactive estate agency service. For buyers, this means clear guidance when comparing areas, viewing properties, assessing value and making offers. For sellers, it means professional marketing, strong presentation, buyer follow-up and sales progression. For developers and new homes teams, it means hands-on support with project exposure, buyer introductions, viewings, bilingual content and sales follow-up.

 

Kim believes good estate agency should go beyond simply listing a property. It should help people understand the market, recognise opportunities, manage risk and move forward with confidence. His approach combines local market knowledge, practical observation, data-led thinking and direct communication.
